By entering this competition, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
• ⁠Entry is open to attendees of the Billabong Occy’s Grom Comp. Employees of The CocoCoast Company and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• To enter, complete the entry form and answer the promotional question. Entries will be judged on creativity, originality and relevance.
• Judging will take place at 12:00 midday on Sunday, 5 July 2026 at the CocoCoast Marquee, Billabong Occy’s Grom Comp, Snapper Rocks, Queensland.
• ⁠The prize is one (1) JS Industries Mark Occhilupo Signature Surfboard, signed by Mark Occhilupo.
• ⁠The winner will be announced at the CocoCoast Marquee. The CocoCoast Company will also make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the phone number provided on their entry form. The winner must present to the CocoCoast Marquee by 12:15 pm on Sunday, 5 July 2026 to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not present by 12:15 pm, another eligible entry may be judged and selected.
• ⁠If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize must be claimed by a parent or legal guardian, who may be required to provide proof of identity and relationship.
• ⁠By entering, you consent to The CocoCoast Company collecting, storing and using your personal information to administer this competition, contact you regarding your entry and, if you have separately opted in, send you marketing communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• ⁠By entering, you grant The CocoCoast Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish and share your competition entry (including your written response), name, photograph, video and likeness across its website, social media channels and other promotional materials in connection with this competition and the promotion of CocoCoast, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• ⁠The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
• ⁠The CocoCoast Company reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, misleading, offensive or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• ⁠The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
