Ingredients
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ cup
CocoCoast Lychee
½ cup soda water or kombucha
Directions
Grate the ginger, then squeeze the juice into a glass. You can do this by using a small strainer or just using your fingers to squeeze the juice out.
Add lime juice and stir.
Fill the glass with ice and top with half soda water (or your favourite kombucha) and half CocoCoast Lychee.
Stir gently, garnish and serve
