Ingredients
Pulp of ½ passionfruit
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
6-8 mint leaves
Splash of apple cider vinegar
CocoCoast Passionfruit
Directions
Scoop passionfruit pulp into a glass.
Add orange and lime juice. Stir.
Clap mint together to release the scent and add to the mixture.
Give it a gentle press with a muddler. If you don’t have a muddler, use the back end of a wooden spoon or similar.
Add ice, then top with CocoCoast Passionfruit.
Stir, garnish and serve.
