Ingredients
1 can
CocoCoast Watermelon water
Rind of 1 lemon
½ cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
A few drops vanilla essence
60ml’s alcohol free Tequila (optional)
Directions
Pour 3/4 can of CocoCoast Watermelon Water into an ice cube tray and freeze.
Once frozen, place ice cubes into a high-speed blender with the remaining watermelon water and ½ cup water.
Blend on high speed. You might need to add some extra water or watermelon water to get the right consistency.
Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until combined.
Divide between 2 salt rimmed margarita glasses, garnish, and serve.
